陳菊將接任黨主席？ 蔡英文低調不回應

當選總統的蔡英文，上任後，會不會兼任民進黨主席？外傳，蔡英文有意讓高雄市長陳菊來接棒，台灣指標民調也顯示，有53%的民眾認為，主席應該換人做，但有32%的人，支持政權、黨權集於一身，選民意見不一，就連民進黨內，同樣出現分歧。

記者vs.準總統蔡英文：「主席陳菊，菊姐要接黨主席嗎。」

出席動漫展，被問到上任總統後，是否卸下黨主席，改由高雄市長陳菊來接棒，蔡英文把食指往嘴唇一放，再指向旁邊的攤位，不願意多講，但其實同樣的問題，外界已經不是第一次提問了。

準總統蔡英文(2016.1.16)：「(您會不會繼續擔任黨主席)，(領導國會最大黨來帶動改革)，其實誰做黨主席都不是最重要的，重要的是我們可以搭建一個平台，讓在國會有席次的不同政黨，大家可以坐下來好好的談一談，這一些改革的議題。」

蔡英文的話，說的保守，根據台灣指標民調顯示，有53.6%的民眾，贊成政權、黨權集於一身，32.1%的人反對，單就民進黨支持者來說，正反意見都是44%，就連黨內，也是呈現意見分歧的局面。

準立委(民)吳思瑤：「好處固然是黨政權力一把抓，你可以減少很多溝通的成本，然後讓整個決策平台能夠更有效能，但是負面的也會流於社會的質疑，你黨政不分是不是分際有所失焦。」

總統兼任黨主席，直接貫徹改革的主張，但過去陳水扁和馬英九時期，都曾經被批評黨意凌駕民意，外傳，蔡英文為了避免爭議，兼任黨主席的意願不高，才會屬意陳菊來接手。

準立委(民)吳思瑤：「這都需要當事人也就是小英主席，個人去加以權衡，我覺得除了我們把國會改革先推展，那未來內閣人事的定位，重大政策的推展還是當務之急，所以現在就來討論3、4個月後，黨主席是不是兼任要不要改選，是有點早了一點。」

身為高雄市長的陳菊，在2016年的選戰居功厥偉，不僅是蔡英文團隊的核心成員，又是新系的大姊大，加上她在南部的影響力和民眾支持度，都是一等一，如果蔡英文堅持卸下黨主席，陳菊確實是熱門人選。（民視新聞蔡煌元、張育睿、SNG台北報導）
